Tiffany also introduced me to Robert Proctor who is a bank liaison for Topline customers and certain dealerships.
Robert was so patient with me and he absolutely addressed an attempted to resolve each of my concerns. I don’t think I would have bought my new car directly from a dealership if not for Robert.

Down to earth, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, etc...I felt like he was actually helping me and looking out for my best interests, rather than just working for the bank (which is what all my other experiences have felt like). “New location in Maple Grove. Plenty of parking, just off Elm Creek Boulevard. Outside drive up tellers. No actual live tellers inside but PTM tellers-which offer live video chats with a personal teller. My complaint that the PTMs are kinda close together & I wouldn't want someone to listen to my conversation with the teller. There are live bankers to assist with loans, cashiers checks, safe deposit boxes & notary functions.”
