“After my experience this week with Complete Auto Service, I don't see the need for less than 5 stars. Complete Auto was a "HIT" with me. A group of Honest individuals, with Integrity while working as a Team. I attempt to pride myself on service and was simply impressed by the communication initially provided by Jerod and all follow up ensuring I knew the needs of my old truck and how much the repair would be. I couldn't afford all the fixes - times are a bit tight right now BUT I know where I will be going when I am ready. “My wife had a flat in one of the best places in Mpls NOT to be stuck...and it was dark. I gave Brian a sitrep and he responded before I could click on the link to pay him. He updated me along the way. When he arrived my wife wasn't there. I told him where she called from (of course her phone had a major malfunction that morning so she didn't have it with her). Brian googled it watch for her likely path of approach. All the while, he kept me on speakerphone updating me as to who he saw coming from that direction. Brian went way above and beyond! As an old, disabled vet (and feeling kinda helpless at the time), I don't have the words to express how much this helped and what it meant to us. We give him our highest recommendation!! A true professional on several levels!”
“Victory Auto came through again for me!Cooler weather caused my ‘low tire pressure’ light to turn on.Their Fridley location was closest to me so I pulled in unannounced; they efficiently checked my tires, explained two of my air pressure sensors batteries are at end of life; confirmed tires are good and just replace the parts when I get new tires. No pressure from them to buy new tires now.Victory is such a pleasant experience. The respect between employees and customer is top notch! Thank you!”

“The exhaust fell off my car driving down 169. I walked to the Champlin Sinclair station and asked if they could help me. They walked down the road the where my car was. The guy crawled under my car and said he could probably reattach it while I wait. They immediately removed a car from their bay and drove my car in. They replaced a few rusty exhaust clamps and put everything back together. I was in and out in 30 minutes for $60. Super happy. Everyone was super nice and thoughtful! They really saved the day for me!”

Thank you so much for the fast service. I had called 2 other companies. First one found out that there would be no mileage and just said we don't do that. “If I could, I would give First Choice 10 stars! The price ccouldn't be beat. Very reasonable. And the service was stellar! When I called for the tow, the guy was apologetic that it was going to be an hour wait for a tow. We're in Minnesota and in a wind chill advisory. EVERYONE needs a tow right now. I knew that and really expected to have to wait a very long time for a tow. And to think this man was apologizing for a one hour wait. :-) And then the shocker... No sooner did I hang up and the tow was there wihin ten minutes of the phone call. WOW!!! The driver's name was Jon. He was sympathetic and kind. I drove with him to the servicing center. He did a great job putting me at ease. This isn't only the First Choice; It's the only choice.”

“I own an Automotive Hail Repair company which travels the US to large cities after catastrophic hail storms. I have seen Many paint & body shops all over the nation… many shops leave me needing to get two or three selections during a storm. Flying Eagle stood TALL and fulfilled all of our paintwork during the 2022 hail season.The paint and body work here is solid.The turn around is fast and the price is right ( do not go low end for paint it is not a good outcome for your vehicle).We had 53 vehicles painted and repaired this year from Flying Eagle after the hail storms ( just our shop alone).
