This U.S. Bank Branch is noted for its friendly and professional staff who provide great service and patient assistance, especially for those new to banking. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful with matters like apps, cards, and opening accounts. The team demonstrates excellent customer service and teamwork, even staying past closing to help clients. However, lines can be long, sometimes reaching near the doors, due to what appears to be an insufficient number of bank tellers. The location features an updated ATM.
Shoutout to Alyssa!(I think that was her name) I had an issue regarding fraud, and she took care of it quickly. She even called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was resolved. Excellent customer service and greatly appreciated!
