I just moved here from out of state and want to get established with a "brick and mortar" bank. When I went to the US Bank website to find information, I found the website cumbersome to navigate (answers to easy questions not easily to find), so I decided to just go visit the local branch. When I got there, three employees were behind the counter and there were no customers. I approached the window and told the teller that I was interested in opening an account, but had a few questions first. He told me I had to have an appointment to get questions answered. Really? Not a customer in the place and he (or one of the other two behind the counter) wouldn't even try to field a few questions?! I walked out. My first experience with US Bank will be my last. Unfortunate (for them).

This location has friendly staff, but a lot of times it looks like they did not have enough Bank Tellers to assist customers, so there would be lines close to the front doors. I've had minimal issues at this location and they have an updated ATM and always help you with any questions regarding their app.

1 ATM at a branch, and thats broken, none outside in drive thru? basically a Holiday Gas Station has the same service.

Shahad turned my stressful situation with my debit card being suspended into a happy one. I am 18 and just learning about adulting and banking stuff and she was very patient and professional with a great attitude. So thankful for your help!!

I needed a temporary ATM/DEBIT card. The teller that helped me was very knowledgeable and I had my new card in a matter of minutes. Great Service!!!

Absolutely the worst ran business on the planet, when I arrived, there was four tellers about 10 people in line, trying to do business transactions as well only for the manager, let everybody go on lunch break, so it was only him, some of us want to try to get our own banking done during our lunch hours I would’ve literally been there for at least one hour just for those 10 people in line Absolutely the worst customer service ever!

I had a meeting with Wendy H. to open new business accounts. Wendy started the appointment on time, was prepared for our session and took great care of me. The appointment went long, forcing the entire branch (and staff) to stay past their normal closing hours. They were all extremely gracious and none uttered a complaint while we finished our business. That was a great demonstration of team work and customer service. Well done!

Terrible experiences all around. Even with the online “team” they have. Half of them do not care for their customers and I went into change my address months ago, I come to find out it was never changed and account is now negative due to the fact. If you’re gonna be smart, don’t bank here.

Terrible customer service- after trying to reach them 7 times via telephone to set up an appointment; no answer ever. Stopped by on my day off to make said appointment……. It only took 1 hour of waiting and 1 week to set an appointment to come back. Really in the age of the internet this is what U.S. banks has to offer!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at this branch. Rude and inconsiderate. Did not even know the laws or facts. My father passed away and I had a stack of checks to deposit and an an account to open up for his funds. I’m pulling my family’s accounts. Do not bank with them!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Asked for a receipt for turning in change. My job requires receipts for everything. Told me I could not have one. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with this woman. Need to screen employee's better.

I wanted to open a new Go Visa card. Terry Daniels persevered through a lot of phone tags to make it happen. Friendly & fabulous. People like her are the reason I've been with USBANK for close to 50 years..
