If all US Bank branches' customer service is like this one, no one should ever do business with US Bank.
Sat 50 minutes waiting for my wire transfer that needed approval from branch manager. Not only not getting anything done, I was being interrogated for all kinds of questions. They said my balance had to be in the account for 24 hours before wiring. Then I scheduled for the next day.
Came the next day. Another 50 minutes waiting. Now worked with a different banker. Instead of getting the service that I came for, I was being interrogated for over 15 minutes arguing with the banker. The banker go back and forth with her manager and ends up not getting anything done again. I decided to withdraw my money and headed to Huntington Bank for wiring. Huntington took care of their customers without a question.
Updated. I decided to close my US Bank checking account and redirected all my direct deposit back to Huntington.
Don’t waste your time going there when you know simple service will be declined.

I just moved here from out of state and want to get established with a "brick and mortar" bank. When I went to the US Bank website to find information, I found the website cumbersome to navigate (answers to easy questions not easily to find), so I decided to just go visit the local branch. When I got there, three employees were behind the counter and there were no customers. I approached the window and told the teller that I was interested in opening an account, but had a few questions first. He told me I had to have an appointment to get questions answered. Really? Not a customer in the place and he (or one of the other two behind the counter) wouldn't even try to field a few questions?! I walked out. My first experience with US Bank will be my last. Unfortunate (for them).

This location has friendly staff, but a lot of times it looks like they did not have enough Bank Tellers to assist customers, so there would be lines close to the front doors. I've had minimal issues at this location and they have an updated ATM and always help you with any questions regarding their app.

1 ATM at a branch, and thats broken, none outside in drive thru? basically a Holiday Gas Station has the same service.

Shahad turned my stressful situation with my debit card being suspended into a happy one. I am 18 and just learning about adulting and banking stuff and she was very patient and professional with a great attitude. So thankful for your help!!

I needed a temporary ATM/DEBIT card. The teller that helped me was very knowledgeable and I had my new card in a matter of minutes. Great Service!!!

Absolutely the worst ran business on the planet, when I arrived, there was four tellers about 10 people in line, trying to do business transactions as well only for the manager, let everybody go on lunch break, so it was only him, some of us want to try to get our own banking done during our lunch hours I would’ve literally been there for at least one hour just for those 10 people in line Absolutely the worst customer service ever!

I had a meeting with Wendy H. to open new business accounts. Wendy started the appointment on time, was prepared for our session and took great care of me. The appointment went long, forcing the entire branch (and staff) to stay past their normal closing hours. They were all extremely gracious and none uttered a complaint while we finished our business. That was a great demonstration of team work and customer service. Well done!
