“My only gripe is their hours. Closed during lunch during the week, when that's the only time some of us have to take care of mail-related business.
However, the carriers are great! All friendly & professional.
Thank your couriers when you can. The expectations placed on them are crazy, their routes are massive & their days are often hours longer than they should be.”

“Claimed I asked for my package to be held at the post office, which i didn't do (Driver mislabeled it and this was followed up on). Also all numbers available online are not working or incorrect (its a dual fax/land line and was busy I did get a few calls that didn't get answered but was busy due to faxes and other things), so I am unable to get ANY help (after reaching out to USPS to lodge a complaint, Paul the manager reached out to me within an hour and personally brought the package out to ensure that I got it. “Extremely Helpful and Friendly Customer Service! I am visiting from out of state and had a package delivered to the family lake cabin. Unbeknownst to me, the home is not set-up to receive USPS deliveries. Instead of sending the package back to the sender, the postal employee took the time to call me and let me know that my package had arrived, and offered to hold it for me at the post office. When I arrived, the box turned out to be too heavy for me to lift, so the postal worker offered to carry it to my car. Just fabulous service and the epitome of "Minnesota Nice." Wish my post office back home was as kind and helpful as the one in South Haven. Thank you!”
