“The Chinese lady that works at the front counter to help customers is soooooooooo slow!!!!! She is so slow helping people at the counter compared to all the other tellers! She talks to the customers way more then necessary and creates huge inefficiency! It's absolutely ridiculous how slow she does her job. I will avoid going to her at all cost almost. Isn't the first time she's helped me and in talking to others in the community who bank there they all say the same thing. So frustrating and unbelievably annoying!”
