And then finally what prompted me to write this review - today I called to have a withdrawal of a specific amount prepared for me, I spoke with Mary who was a treat to speak with and was so thorough and even with my mistakes she was beautifully accommodating and in no way frustrated by my mistakes, which by the way made me feel absolutely wonderful.
