“Friendliest people ever. Very professional. They answered my questions directly. They overcharged me but refunded me when I picked up my clothes. I didn’t even know they overcharged me, but the associate took the time to call me after closing to let tell me they can make it right. Clothes were cleaned and pressed properly. I have no complaints. The sleeves weren’t creased which I prefer. I’d come back here again.”

“I wanted to dry clean my down comforter but most cleaners charge 50% of buying a new one! My sister found a coupon on Clean ‘n Press which was much more affordable. Service was great/ friendly staff/ text message to pick up/ and great price. I’ll be returning!”

One note for the owners - you should educate your burnsville staff on the drycleaning process. I had a few questions regarding drycleaning (my first time drycleaning something) and the staff member did not know anything about dry cleaning. We googled the questions together lol”

In Minnesota, small businesses already face huge challenges just to keep their doors open — taxes, regulations, and endless obstacles. I’ve been a customer here for years, and they’ve always been fantastic. This place has served thousands of happy customers for over 20 years, yet it only takes one or two unhappy people to try to tarnish their reputation with a single bad review.”
“It's never fun when you're less than a year old combo washer dryer stops working and your laundry piles up but looking online for a nearby laundromat to knock everything out really quickly certainly has its perks!
Loading up all our towels in the two massive washers (10.75 each) and 2 loads of clothes in the smaller machines (6.50 each), and then transitioned those into compatible dryers (at 3.50 and 2.75 respectively). Ultimately getting 4 loads of laundry done in less than an hour and paying about $50 was a hit to the wallet but worth my time.
The machines are very nice and the lovely lady that works there was a delight to chat with while our laundry ran and see was cleaning. Certainly will come back when the larger loads are a necessity.”

“Came in the middle of the night, 3am, and the place was completely empty with the exception of a nice gentleman who helped me pick out my machines. Prices are a tad higher than other laundromats.”

The disrespectful use of the dryers and the cost of repair had to be offset.
It appears “all the dryers” are working properly!

“Not a real bad place was in there a couple nights ago and was trying to change the television channel and the owner came in and kicked me out and told me that I'm not aloud back said if I come back he would call police and have me arrested lol for changing the TV channel so no I will not be back there half the washing machines and dryers don't work and the soap machine on the wall will take your money every time”
