“The Clinic and the doctors are friendly people and treat our pets with love, but the cashier staff has to receive a customer service course, they do not offer bags when you shop, nor do they offer you the receipt and with unfriendly faces.”
“I was very nervous about my dog getting aggressive with the tech since we haven't really done a lot of shots before and he's more on the stranger danger side. But the tech was very calm, slow and did an amazing job with my dog. Held him gently, but firmly and talked nice to him. My dog was very nervous I could see him shaking from across the room and he didn't even growl at him. Didn't get the tech's name, but was very impressed.”
