“Mike was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated him showing me the 2 units available (outside access/interior) so that I could rent the right unit. And, he honored the online price I had found, so that was great!”

“I called Public Storage with my dad to inquire about getting a unit, and I just have to say — Paige who helped us deserves an award. My dad can be pretty ornery and not the easiest to deal with, but she handled everything like a total pro. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, stayed patient the entire time, and made sure we understood every detail without rushing us. You can tell she actually cares about helping people, not just doing her job. Seriously, A+ service. Employees like her are hard to find these days. Give her the recognition she deserves!”

“Chad was very positive and very helpful even though Extra Space Storage was not at fault with an issue. Thank you all for taking care of a disabled senior and not making me feel like one. Chris”
