“They called to confirm my rental and arrival time. No one was there at my arrival, we called and no answer. Used the information in the email to get past the gate but then spent forever trying locate the unit. Unit was clean and had access information inside that would have been helpful to get in.”
“I feel my property is safe and I feel safe goin into the facility. My old storage place a popular storage facility was not safe and my unit was broken into and all my valuable possessions was taken. Over $5000 taken from me and not half given back with their insurance. Will never go there again. “Needed last minute space for a new cargo trailer. Called; amazingly, the actual staff answered the phone, not a call center. They were able to answer my questions and, even though they were technically full, they found some space for indoor storage of my trailer. We negotiated a fair deal, I prepaid and did the paperwork online. Took trailer today. The space available was too sharp a turn at the door, so I had to disconnect and hand push the trailer into the space. Too big a job for me, Lerew, the site manager, got a couple mechanics from next door to help push. Could not have done it without their help, but got trailer safely tucked in for the winter. Fair price, exceptional customer service, good facility. I’m very pleased. Thanks guys!”
