Waited 20 minutes in line and staff had no idea what they were doing

This location has gone way downhill. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different location. The staff and manager are in desperate need of customer service training...just plain rude...it's really bad, it's a shame. I see from the reviews the pharmacy is no better. This was once a great store and pharmacy.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had at Walgreens. I went in for my passport photo and it took 45 minutes the girl helping me could not even figure out how to turn on the flash on the camera. It was so frustrating
