14940 Florence Trail, Apple Valley MN 55124

    3.4 Good 27 reviews

“Loved it! Went with my best friend! Lots of things they had that Costco didn't have! The only downside was that some of the store smelt like rotten eggs! But other than that it didn't take away from the experience! They had great low prices on items! Decent variety of different types of things! The store was easy to get around and locate things. It didn't overwhelm me the way Costco does. It wasn't too big or too small of a store. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE SCAN AND GO OPTION! Costco doesn't have the option so you have to wait in a long a** line! But the option to scan and go is there at sam's! It makes things, fast, and convient! Just all around a great first impression. I love how offend Sam's has instant savings on things as well! Sam's club is very underratted tbh. The only thing I wanna add is that they don't really have a big selection for cats and I'm feeling my pet is being left out! But other than that it's amazing!”

This is the only pharmacy I've been to where the workers go out of their way to make sure you get the best experience. I try to tell them every time I go there.”

They fill prescriptions last second for me when I forget to request a refill. Today, Beth helped me. She gave me a flyer for getting tested for the flu, strep throat, & covid, at Walmart. I had no idea that Walmart pharmacy offered that. I will definitely be utilizing that resource!”

  11. CVS Pharmacy - 15560 Pilot Knob Road

15560 Pilot Knob Road, Apple Valley MN 55124

    1.7 Poor 23 reviews

“I've been using this pharmacy for a little over a year for multiple prescriptions and I've never had a problem. Recently, I had a prescription delayed by insurance due to a billing technicality and this CVS called them and had it taken care of and filled within 24 hours. I was astonished. All I did was send them a message on the app and they were on it. I had a couple phone calls from them letting me know the status and that they were working on it and there was no need to call them back. Then they called again to tell me I could come and pick it up. Very grateful for them!”

  12. Walgreens - 14020 Pilot Knob Rd

“I honestly have to leave a review specifically because of Dylan at Walgreens. The store itself is good and has what you’d expect, but Dylan absolutely MADE the experience. This guy deserves a cape, a parade, and probably his own parking spot out front. From the second I asked for help, he was unbelievably friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Not the fake “customer service voice” either. You can tell he actually cares about people. He went above and beyond in every possible way, answered all my questions, helped me find everything I needed, and somehow made a regular Walgreens trip feel like VIP concierge service. You know those employees that make you think, “How are you not running this entire company?” Yeah. That’s Dylan. He was professional, funny, kind, quick, and incredibly attentive even while the store was busy. I watched him helping other customers too, and he treated everyone with the same energy and respect. The world needs more employees like him. Walgreens, if you’re reading this: protect Dylan at all costs. Give him a raise. Give him a promotion. Give him a throne made of Red Bull and receipt paper. 10/10 experience entirely because of him. I’ll absolutely come back because customer service like that is ridiculously rare these days.”

“The checkout people are always kind. Most of the reviews are about pharmacy but the store is well kept and not much to complain about. I hope to see more health food options and better quality alternatives to name brands. It looks like CVS is trying to do that so keep it up.”

“This entire pharmacy team is fantastic. I recently switched from a different pharmacy and have been so impressed with the service, proactivity, and efficiency here. They respond to any inquiries I send on the CVS app right away, help me find the best option if something is out of stock, and manage their lines of customers efficiently so you never have to wait around too long. As a final added bonus... the staff is SO friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They even have pharmacy holiday lights in the winter to spread holiday cheer to their customers. 😊”
