I used to get my antidepressant prescription sent to the pharmacy here and it was never ready on time. They would always tell me to come back the next day, and then the next, and then the next. One time, I had enough of it and just refused to leave until they filled it right there. Definitely the way to go. The problem is that the pharmacy here is always closed and the staff are just constantly swamped with prescriptions they can never keep up with. The hours of the pharmacy are very limited. I have since been getting my prescription sent elsewhere because of these issues, but felt I should warn others of this too.

Terrible service. I was a senior coming for my covid shot. I stood at the counter. There was no one in line in front of me. I was ignored for approximately 4 minutes. Finally, a young person was assigned to me. I attempted to refill the paperwork using the code printed on a poater, tried to submit it on three separate occasions but was told "there are bugs in the software." Why post the sign telling me to use software if you knew it didn't work? My appointment was for 11:20 a.m. I arrived at 11:15 a.m. I was seen at 11:40. Terrible service, except for the young person who waited on me. Terrible attitude from all the other staff

I was only here to shop and coupon. They had the normal selection of products and I felt they were above average stocked. The staff were also very nice.

I want to give recognition to the inventory specialist at this location. She has always been helpful and friendly. She's worked for walgreens many years and deserves appreciation.

Went to go pick up prescriptions. Staff looked me in the eyes and turned around to empty the recycling cans. Customers are more important than the trash. Also, they only got one prescription when they said both were ready. This Walgreens used to be outstanding but has fallen far since the new pharmacist took over.

Certainly never sending another prescription to Walgreens. What a waste of time dealing with this place/company.

They lie about when RX's are ready, are full of attitude and never go out their way to actually do their job or help the customer trying to get to work!! Walgreens has just gone downhill overall

Less than one star. Waited over 45 minutes for a Covid/flu test, they charge you first I had to leave and go to urgent care, (and get reimbursed later) then was told by an employee at Walgreens “yea if you have Covid you don’t want to bring it in..” to get my refund WHY DO THEY EVEN OFFER THIS SERVICE THEN? Never. Again.

We had the worst experience at this Walgreens. My daughter was home from college and our usual Walgreens was temporarily closed so we sent her prescription here. When we went to pick it up, they claimed our insurance would only cover a 90-day prescription and not the 30 days her doctor had prescribed. We told them that was impossible because she had just filled it at a pharmacy in her college town a month ago with no problems. Also, I've filled my own similar prescription at our usual Walgreens for 30 days and insurance has covered it. They said our insurance must have just changed and our only option was to contact them, contact her prescriber, or pay the retail price with was 60x the price with insurance. We pleaded with them for another option because she was completely out and it was the weekend but they just shrugged. Upon getting home, we checked her account and it turns out this WALGREENS had entered our insurance information wrong. So she called them. It took multiple tries because nobody would pick up the phone during business hours. When she finally got through, they dismissed her. They admitted they had entered it wrong but claimed our insurance still wouldn't cover it. We're unsure if they actually ever even checked or just wanted to get her off the phone. She was able to get a hold of her doctor's office and they attempted to call this branch to help straighten things out but they never answered the phone. The doctor gave up after being on hold for over a half an hour. At this point my daughter has been without her medication for two days and the pharmacist simply doesn't care. When the weekend was over, my daughter contacted our insurance company who confirmed it should be covered and attempted to contact Walgreens (which is what they told us to do). Again, nobody answered the phone during business hours. We're now at day three without her medication and decide to transfer her prescription to another non-Walgreens pharmacy. We contacted the new pharmacy and he too had problems contacting this Walgreens branch. He was on hold for 45 minutes when they hung up on him to go on break. He eventually had to send a fax but at this point it was the end of the day. Finally, the next day, he was able to procure the transfer and my daughter received her medication. Guess what? Insurance covered the 30 days just like we claimed it would. I had a weird insurance issue once at my usual Walgreens and that pharmacist contacted insurance for me and helped me figure it out. This one was completely uncaring. Told my daughter to contact her doctor or insurance company, which she did, but then didn't answer the phone. I understand that several Walgreens are short staffed--which is on the company for not doing enough to retain employees. However, the folks at our usual Walgreens are going through the same thing (I'm guessing that's why they had to close temporarily) and have never treated me in this absolutely uncaring manner. My daughter is starting her adult life and planning to go into the medical field. This experience was so horrible she's planning to never even SHOP in a Walgreens again, let alone use them for prescriptions. This place should also be closed until it can be properly staffed with people who are actually competent and care about patients.

This used to be a very good pharmacy, They had good pharmacist , not no more, I have seen them opening all medicine look inside, and move the pills out near to the cap of the bottle. I also received expired medicine.
