“Such an incredibly fun, unique store. Full of interesting, odd and silly finds. Everything from pool floaties to old pens to miscellaneous computer parts. I didn’t have my kids along, but I saw a family there with young kids and they LOVED getting to pick out little knick knacks. Everything is super reasonably priced and we loved reading all of the silly price cards. Would definitely recommend a stop if you are in the area. You won’t regret it.”

“b. is the best. Their inventory changes regularly and they announce big deals via their Instagram when their racks get full, for example they just had a big dress sale. I can always find something here and my style and body has changed a lot in the almost 15 years I've been shopping here. They really support their community in numerous ways and are very transparent about their processes and practices. If you're looking for a super sugary customer service experience that's curated to make you feel good (ie super fake), this probably isn't your place.”

“Flamingos is an absolutely magical place! I love taking out-of-town visitors there to introduce them to the quirky, silly, fun side of Minneapolis. They are consistently blown away by both the vibes and the excellent selection of vintage wares. It’s always a joy to peruse each room, and I often do multiple laps per visit. There’s so much to see, and I’ve found some incredible pieces here. My favorite finds are a glass butterfly lamp, a handmade teapot, two vintage teal wooden chairs, and a lovely original painting. My partner has found some incredible vintage men’s clothes too, especially flannels.”

“Great place. Big, spacious and has a variety of items that change constantly. The shop people are always helpful and pretty cherry. If you need furniture, paint, building materials, lighting, etc - it's a good way to help your community and find a treasure. Donating is easy also. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible on the west side of the building.”

“This place is great; I've been to a lot of others that aren't as good. The staff here are pretty friendly. The people helping with the donations in the back are super friendly and helpful. There's a great assortment of sizes and colors of both men and women and children.
I scored some great deals on kitchen utensils and a countertop grill. We've got coffee mugs, glassware, and a whole lot more. The only thing I don't like is Goodwill's return policy. It's a win/win for the company, but we're the ones getting screwed over.
There aren't any dressing rooms, so we don't know if the items will fit. If they don't, we've have 14 days to return the item. But if we don't have time to return it within 14 days, then we are out of luck.
Other than that, it's clean, it has a lot of stock, and I've always found great deals. So, yes, I would recommend this store.”
