Maintenance of facility is poor at best. As a member for many years, staff needs to educate themselves on how a sauna is to operate. The men's locker room especially the sauna is not cleaned as much as needed. The hot tub is not hot. Gym rules are not enfored by staff. The pool hours are sporadic at best. Generally I give the efforts of the staff a D.

I love all the options available at this facility. They have everything I need to get a good workout. My kids really enjoy being able to swim in the winter and I really enjoy using the hot tub.

I went inside paid for my membership for a day pass went upstairs started doing my workout. They came upstairs told me I was banned from something that happened last year so I was like OK I asked for my refund they said if you had cash would be able to give it to you, but since it’s on card we won’t be able to give it to you right away. They said wait about a week I think that’s bad for yours stuff but I’m expecting that refund.
