He went out of his way to make time to check out the repair needed on my truck, was able to locate and pick up a part and have it fixed by that night. That is quite impressive considering the back order of a lot of parts on the market and he even stayed late into the evening to accommodate as I commute a distance for work and needed a running vehicle ASAP.
