I am from USBANK and holy cow am I glad I transferred over to this bank. The people here are friendly and willing to educate me with things I'm unfamiliar with, they work with me, they save me money, and most importantly, I feel like a person and not an account number here.

My card expired 11/21 now 12/03. Not very impressed that I didn't even get my new card before the other expired. Made it hard to buy gas yesterday

If you want a bank for checking and savings this is a great bank. Their staff at the branch offices are second to none.However if you want a mortgage, go somewhere else! Their mortgage department is severely disconnected from the rest of the organization. I did refinance last December (2020) and I have had to be on the phone every month since. They have charged me for home insurance even when I already had insurance. My insurance agent had to be on calls with them three times before they corrected it. they increased my escrow account payment for an increase in property taxes even as I stared at the invoice from the county showing that my taxes when up $20 not $1000. I had to removed my escrow account to take care of this one. They charged me late fees for a late payments twice because they did not move money over from my savings account to make my mortgage payment. They remove the late payment fee, but I had to call them to get it corrected.The staff that I talk to are great, they are always able to correct the errors. The issue is that there are errors every month for the past nine months. Internally they have issues. If you like to be on the phone with bank personnel then this bank will give you that opportunity monthly. If not chose another bank to have your mortgage with.

Multiple times over the last couple years my card has been randomly deactivated. Never do they tell me what for, just turn my card off and send me a new one. This last time - the card was suppose to take 5-7 business days to get to me, as we live out of state. We waited and it never showed up. My husband called to figure out what the heck was going on as he’s an over the road truck driver and was across the country at this time they told him it was apparently sent to the wron

waited 35 minutes for an initial cash deposit as a new member, to find out the banker with snakebites went to lunch 30 minutes prior. this is awful service.

I was recently disappointed by APFCU when I tried to access my account from an ATM. I put in the same PIN I've always used for this account but the ATM told me it was the wrong PIN. I tried another attempt, thinking maybe I had changed it and then it told me I was locked out and should contact my bank.
