Some customer service staff are very helpful, while others can be rude. The employees at the store are knowledgeable and can assist with purchases, such as cell phones, TVs, and kitchen appliances. They can also provide help with returns and exchanges. Some staff members, like those at the geek squad, are awesome and go above and beyond to help customers. Overall, Best Buy has staff that can make a customer's day better with their helpful and kind attitude.
