Well organized store. Fun to look around and lots of TVs to view. Well staffed and constantly asked if I was okay or needed help finding anything. Good store to visit and see new products.

I am leaving this review because on February 8th, 2024 at 11:00 AM (CST), I made an online purchase of a Samsung 1 TB SSD that was supposed to be ready in one hour for pick up at the Baxter, MN Best Buy Store. I received by Order Confirmation Number and Best Buy charged my Debit Card for $151.00. When I called Best Buy Customer Service, they stated that they could not find the order using the order ID I received from Best Buy Website. Then, a Best Buy Associate said they located the order and that it would be processed in 24 hours. I went to the Best Buy Store In Baxter, MN, and they could not even find the order with the order ID. All I can say, is that Best Buy committed theft by taking my money, and not providing the product I paid for. I have been a regular customer with Best Buy for my local Business, but never again, will I ever order or step foot into a Best Buy Store. They took my money, and never gave me a refund or my product I purchased. I called several times afterwards, and all they could say was " We are sorry for the inconvenience". Wow, this is wrong, and now I am out my $151.00 and no product. **I would think again about purchasing at Best Buy** They will take your money and leave you empty handed.

Ask where something I was looking for a phone jack splitter a guy said and pointed to where I could find it but when I went there it wasn't there it was something else and mind you he works there

They're automated system over the phone makes it extremely difficult for a customer to get through to a real person that's bad customer service you guys should do better than that :(

I bought a computer there in September and was asked if I wanted the 2 yr extended warranty for $179. Sure. Come to find out the warranty is only valid if I pay $179 next September as well. It's a recurring charge that they sell as "extended warranty " SCAM, it's got to be illegal. I canceled today and they deducted 54 dollars for who knows what. It's under factory warranty, and I never used ANY services concerning that warranty. No one mentioned any of the conditions of this "warranty "
