While I was in town, I dropped into a class at CrossFit Grow. I was met with smiling and welcoming members and coach. I got a great workout in and will definitely be coming back next time I am in town!

I love visiting CFGrow whenever I’m in the Brainerd lakes area! The owners have always been so kind and warm and welcoming. I’ve gotten to experience a few different coaches and each of them have been great! The facility is easy to find and ample
Parking. It’s always my goal to go visit Grow at least once a summer and it never disappoints:-)

My boyfriend and I dropped in over the July 4th holiday, visiting for the Twin Cities, and like almost any Crossfit gym we felt so welcomed. Sean is a fantastic coach. He greeted us as we entered the gym, checked in to see if we had any modification needs. Thanks for a steler class Sean! We will be back when we come back in town.
