Wow! Shout out to Martha! First time user at this Target CVS, but I do have a relationship with my 5-star Target CVS at home! Forgot my bottle of meds and had to have doctor call for 5 pills for days I'm at cabin. Since they're extra because there's no refill on file, insurance won't cover. Without my asking and without my knowing it was going to be done, Martha had found some kind of discount for me so I got 50% off. It was a great savings for me, and I appreciate the extra mile Martha took to find the savings for me. Give that girl a raise!

The employees are the reason I keep returning to my CVS in Target. In particular, Elizabeth and Kayla have stood out as stellar employees with great professionalism, efficient service, and a kind, personal touch during every transaction.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Main complaint is the location in the store (Target). It is a very long distance for people to get to the pharmacy and when you are disabled, elderly or sick, this is a hinderance. Should move the coffee shop and put the pharmacy there - right inside the front door or create a drive through. Putting people (who already are at a disadvantage due to the above reasons) is very harmful to them and other customers and not good business.

Everyone at CVS Pharmacy greets me with a smile and cares about me and my prescriptions. They figure out ways to save me money every time I need to get a refill, not just on a new prescription. They are the best!

I spent a lot of time getting my insurance to provide a vacation override when I forgot my prescription and needed more for a trip. The original CVS in Ardmore PA sent emails to me saying it was too soon - after the insurance assured me it had contacted them and had the prescription transferred to the pharmacy above. The the pharmacy in Baxter MN said it was too early to refill, as if they had not gotten the notice to do so. After I complained a fair bit, the pharmacist found my order. Whole thing very inefficient, and like experiences I have had with supposedly easy transfer of prescriptions in the past. Plus CVS in Ardmore is VERY hard to get on the phone, for me and for my MD.CVS really needs to improve their 'transfer between pharmacies' service. It sounds like a great, convenient idea - and all 3 times I've tried to use it, over 3 years, it's been a mess.

Our family was staying at Grandview Lodge for a summer vacation for a week. My son had a condition requiring a special medication and we needed it to alleviate his pain.I spoke with a pharmacist, Elizabeth, who was very professional and kind. She detailed the steps she was going to take to get the medicine for my son that day.I had to do some shopping for groceries and ended up at the pharmacy earlier. It turns out that the wrong prescription was transferred. This was an honest mistake and Elizabeth resolved it quickly and within 20 minutes.As a former pharmacist (primarily hospital pharmacy), I do have empathy for what pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians) they go through. I used to work at Target Pharmacy on an “as needed” basis and we used to have three pharmacists on staff.The pharmacy here was attentive and found a solution to a problem that resulted in my son feeling better. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
