HORRIBLE SERVICE! Didn’t fix my car and the people were RUDE! Also told me I needed the parts that were just replaced in order to get an alignment done! DONT GO HERE ITS HORRIBLE!! Costumer service SUCKS! Dude told me he wasn’t going to give me my refund and that he only makes $20/hr as an excuse! Don’t go here for anything better off going to Walmart or a different shop if needed!

Set an appointment for Saturday to replace boat trailer tires. I called the next day to change the time of the appointment. They couldn't find me in the system. After 10 minutes and 3 different people i talked to they finally found me. Next, they said they couldn't honor the original appointment because the tech they assigned it to wasn't going to be working. If I hadn't called in to reschedule I would have shown up they would not have been able to help me.

Refused to check the alignment on my truck claiming that the ball joints and control arms were bad. After they charged me to do nothing I went home and checked them myself. They are in working order with no play. It’s a shame that they would rather take easy money doing nothing rather than to put the truck on an alignment rack and take some simple measurements. Better mechanics than these folks have taught me enough to know when a ball joint is shot.

Mike and Glen were awesome! Travelling through the area, i discovered a concerning noise with my vehicle. I was referred to fleet by tires plus who was booked solid and unable to assist. I was delighted to find no waiting at fleet. They got me right in, assessed the issue, ordered parts and completely serviced my vehicle in less than 3 hours for a very reasonable price to get me safely back on the road. I would definitely refer travellers and residents to fleet for all their emergency repair needs.

Mike and Glen were awesome! Travelling through the area, i discovered a concerning noise with my vehicle. I was referred to fleet by tires plus who was booked solid and unable to assist. I was delighted to find no waiting at fleet. They got me right in, assessed the issue, ordered parts and completely serviced my vehicle in less than 3 hours for a very reasonable price to get me safely back on the road. I would definitely refer travellers and residents to fleet for all their emergency repair needs.

I had my tires balanced, rotated, and a front end alignment performed on May 17, 2021. Within 2 days I had to call back because something was not right and I was told it would be the 25th before they could "fit me in". I went back on the 25th and was told the wheel balancing issue was due to some mud clumps on the inside of my rims. Knowing I work off road I assumed they were correct. On June 10th my truck was so out of balance I called and before I was given an appointment I told the service manager that I would be there at 8 am the following morning. After explaining that this would be the third attempt at getting this right he agreed to the 8am appointment. The next morning he was all smiles and questions, wanting to help. I ,left and returned an hour later only to hear him boast that the truck hasn't even moved. I angrily asked for my keys. He stated they tried. I said no you didn't because if you had tried my truck would at least be in the shop. He tried again by saying they were short handed, as 3 service workers were at the desk and only one other vehicle was inside the shop. I will have to pay another shop to fix their problem, but Fleet Farm will no longer get my business

Not COVID-aware at all. Many customers mask-less. I see the associates ask them to mask up with little support by customers. Be aware, stay safe.
