“After AT&T customer service and them failing to honor a promo deal we were gjven, I brought my family to switch to Verizon. I had a bad appointment with AT&T and was truthfully in a bad mood after. When I walked into Verizon, I was treated with a level of customer respect and care that was not expected at all. We were greeted immediately with the manager, had an amazing salesperson and left with brand new phones in an hour. AT&T lost 7 customers due to customer service. Verizon changed my mood and gained the business of my family. If you are thinking of switching phone carriers, do yourself a favor and go here. You won't get the same customer service anywhere else.”
