“Bought shoes for a new, on my feet constantly, job. Not only did the gentleman that helped me recommend great shoes, he went out of his way to get me the right size. They did not have my size in the store, but they did in Little Falls. He offered to pick them up and bring them in the next day for me. I returned the next day and he stayed true to his promise. Love the shoes, loved the service. I will go back for sure!I went back and the sales associates were wonderful again! I will continue to go here when I need footwear.”

“I had a problem with my Hoka Bondi 9s after about 3 months of use. While Hoka guarantees them for 12 months, I thought I’d check in with the store to avoid having to mail them off on my dime. Would have been easy to send me on my way but they quickly offered to replace them or have me chose a different model. No hassle or questions - they just wanted to make it right. I’ll definitely be back. Can’t recommend the Bondi 9s however. All the center lugs in the sole wore totally down.”
