“The staff at the Baxter location is so nice and thw customer service is top notch. My son and I went in there because he wanted a new basketball. I wish I had gotten her name but whoever was working in the basketball area around 530 or so was so nice and informative. When we got up to the register to check out the guy behind the counter, Matt I believe was his name. His badge said front lead, I believe. He was equally as nice and informative and made our experience there a great one. I have high expectations of people in customer service as I own 2 businesses, and they exceeded my expectations! Thank you guys!”
