Cannot thank Kaitlyn enough! She was very helpful with helping my pick out and transfer data from an old phone to a new one. Although I was not able to transfer my phone number she made me confident in my decision to switch from a phone carrier over to Verizon!

yeah Carina was very helpful she called and got my bank debit card on there for auto pay so next month it'll come out of my account thank you so much it was so hard not getting a real person on the phone you guys are amazing
