“Service at this location has always been great but I felt compelled to share about my experience tonight.I just left after having to wait a little longer than normal because there was only one employee (Kevin) and he was helping an elderly customer when I arrived. This customer was confused about something with a shipment and mentioned having a sick husband at home. Kevin was so incredibly kind and gentle with her that it was a touching interaction to witness.”

Mike and Nicole are so helpful, especially with a temporary change of address matter I had with my Ft Myers, FL post office that has a Google 2.1 star review. Goes to show you how fortunate we are to live in Afton. It's a pleasure having to mail a package here!”
“Customer service is horrible. Order your business supplies elsewhere. They won't help after 30 days of ordering. Even if you ordered over 600 boxes and didn't get to the messed up ones months later. Absolutely garbage.EDIT: I am now getting a credit for the boxes they sent. Should have been easier to have the right thing done, but I'm glad it has been resolved correctly. Thank you uline for doing the right thing.”
“This store was friendly and prompt. I came from a different FedEx store because that place was awful. This store MUCH better. Although my RMA wasn't typical, they took an extra couple minutes and found the proper process (she said it wasn't hard to figure out...) Done in 5 minutes. Thanks!”

“People in the store are making minimum wage most likely... They have to deal with people that are in a rush and clueless about how to ship things. I've had some small issues but overall this location has been pretty good. I think most of the people are just mad because of a rush on Saturday or something like that.”
“I'm so impressed with this post office. It's small but cute. The employees went above and beyond to help me during the Xmas holiday. I thought my package was completely lost but they eased my concern and gave me information on the annex. I also use their self service machine quite a lot. They work great!BONUS - the wait to the counter is never long either! But now with me writing this everyone will run to this post office.”
