“Enjoy banking with SCFCU the Becker location is convenient and everyone is always friendly and welcomes you with a smile. My only complaint is the front door that weighs 3k lbs and it’s not HC accommodating. They do have the drive-up option that helps if it’s bad weather or on days you just don’t feel like wrestling with the front door.”

“I really appreciate and value banking with US Bank, especially the Monticello location. They have some of the best online and app services but also their in-person banking experience is terrific! I love the new-ish check in when you come inside and get checked in to line. I love their banking app; it is really easy and user friendly, very intuitive to use.
I always have excellent service inside and in the drive through, never any problems.
The only minor problems I've had are the outside drive up ATM and with how busy they can be. The drive up ATM machine seems to malfunction a lot more than it should, but they have another ATM in their lobby area and that one doesn't have any problems.
Their bankers inside seem to be pretty busy and some times the wait is a little too long but it isn't horrible. The bankers themselves are really great, very knowledgeable and efficient, and they seem to know people's names and who they are from previous banking experiences and that's kind of nice with a small town feel.
Overall I think it's a really great bank and I'll continue to give them my business!”
