Great internet. They purchased our local broadband provider. The price with the same connection speed costs less by nearly $40. My only gripe is paying a bill now takes alot more time. So many automated options and introduction to go through.

Good customer service. I just wished prices were cheaper and it didn't cut out at least once a day.

Our preferred internet provider in town. We have used midco for almost 20 years without issues. Knowing how to reset your router fixes most problems. Their prices are preferable for our needs and we recently got a free speed upgrade with their updates to the physical network.
