We usually have good internet through Midco and usually if it does go out it isn't to long until they restore it. Having the wind damage to our whole community during the recent natural disaster it is not Midco's fault. They can only move so fast safely. My concern is availability of information on restoration. I have never worked at an internet service but I would think it would be possible to give an estimate of times of restoration. Ask the employee doing the work. They would know the work ahead. It's frustrating to hear phones going unanswered and websites that are useless for this kind of thing. It would be nice to get an estimate of time. It's difficult when part of my day is spent working from home which right now is impossible to do.

Decent service except that they have outages on almost a biweekly basis with no explanations why. (Not literally a biweekly basis but with the frequency it's pretty close, and yes at home troubleshooting has been done already)

Our preferred internet provider in town. We have used midco for almost 20 years without issues. Knowing how to reset your router fixes most problems. Their prices are preferable for our needs and we recently got a free speed upgrade with their updates to the physical network.

I would have given this 5 stars.... but with the yearly issues I have with my modem disconnecting, and needing to contact midco to fix it.... It is 4....I love that they have a texting feature now! I didn't need to wait on the phone for long periods of time nor did I need to wait for business hours. Brian H. You did amazing!

Go through another internet provider. We have had multiple problems with this WiFi network. Usually on weekends. Midco is not open on weekends so we will go all weekend without WiFi. Never any discounts for these problems, sometimes it takes several days for them to even come to your house to figure out the problem.
