They dont have a direct line to refill meds unless you have number memorized. When i called and asked to be transferred, they just hung up on me.

Carol has great customer service and is very helpful. She promotes a positive environment at CVS. I acknowledge and admire her persistence/work ethic. Coming here makes me remember why I never come here. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. You can find everything here for much cheaper prices elsewhere.
