“April 7th 2026, I was at Hobby Lobby in Bemidji MN today and the service I received was outstanding! I'm on crutches currently and was to tired to get back to the framing department. The cashier in front kindly called Cliff from the department. He came up front to speak with me and ended up taking me back to the framing department in the store wheelchair. He showed me several samples of what I was looking for and then promptly filled my order. Then he wheeled me back up front to pay for my item and then proceeded to take me to my car. A shout out to wonderful customer service I received today. These days it's far and few between. Thank you everyone for making my day a little easier and certainly much better!”
