NAPA Auto Parts - Premier Parts, LLC is a helpful and friendly auto parts store. Customers report that the employees are very helpful and try their best to assist, even in stressful situations like vehicle breakdowns. The store is generally busy and almost always has the needed parts, getting items quickly if not in stock. While some younger employees may seem a bit lost at times, the staff is known for excellent customer service, providing thoughtful support and direction. Some items may cost a bit more than the competition, but from experience, the more expensive products from NAPA last longer and are more durable, making the price difference worth it for good quality.
I came in for a gift card for my nephew. All of the folks at NAPA were friendly and also had a spirit of helping each other out as they navigated, processing a gift card out for me.
