About The UPS Store
The UPS Store in Bemidji is a locally owned and operated business offering many services including expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing. The staff is described as friendly, awesome, patient, and kind, always ready to help and often going above and beyond. They are known for making sure packages are delivered on time and for providing great customer service with a smile. The store is usually quite busy and offers more reliability and services than some alternatives, though it can be more expensive for certain things than the postal service. Customers appreciate the helpful and easy-to-work-with team that provides careful, quick, and easy service for tasks like returns, wrapping, printing, and notarizing.

Every time I come to this store, it is a quick, easy and friendly experience. I don’t do returns or buy packing supplies anywhere else. Good people!

I’ve never had more fun in a UPS store. They helped me find my marbles when I just couldn’t find em myself. Thank you fellas!

Had a label for my package but didn't have tape. They offered to tape the package up. No problem at all and where nicest friendliest group of people I've ever seen at a UPS store.
