My brother and I went in there the other day about boxes and shipping. The guy that helped us was great, but I cannot recall his name. (We had a laugh about a hotel key), he should remember. We went back on Sunday the 21st to ship out 10 large boxes from Bemidji to New Jersey and the young guy Wyatt was working. He was beyond kind. He was patient, efficient, helpful and got us out of there in no time at all. I am very impressed with the staff at this location and I thank them for their professionalism. You guys rock!

Jan 23, 2023John had gone way out of his way and beyond his job obligation to help us with a Amazon return.UPS has a employee here, that is a big benefit, to this store and UPS in general.Too bad he can't be cloned, so each location can also benefit.Appreciate your help John!!!

the UPS phone number listed online takes you through a TERRIBLE phone tree AI! just terrible. doesnt offer enough options, doesnt respond correctly, 4 minutes just to be told she cant understand and then places you on hold. never did get to the bemidji store personal!! (who are wonderful btw) but the computerized phone answer system, GOOD LORD, please upgrade to one that works! or how about a HUMAN!?!? interesting concept, yes?

I stopped out today and was surprised to find a TON of boxes of various dimensions waiting for me. The two young men helped me haul all the boxes to the car and load them in. This meant a lot to me as I'm currently healing from a broken finger in my left hand and broken right collar bone. Additionally, I had some empty boxes in my trunk - they offered to break them down and put them in their cardboard recycling dumpster. (Wow!) The staff at this location is always super friendly. It's so refreshing to see that customer service and "going the extra mile" is not dead.

Bad customer service. If you are going to accept Amazon returns then it's your responsibility to deal with QR code issues. I had all the paperwork for my return in front of your staff but they weren't smart enough to figure out how to scan a QReader so I had leave with my return. I did everything right & yet I am still punished by incompetent staff.

A wide range of services and friendly and helpful staff. Almost no one in the store is wearing a mask though. This may not be a good choice for elderly customers concerned about their exposure to COVID - I felt uncomfortable

I walked in yesterday 7/22 about 6:30pm. There was a worker and a customer in there already, I got no acknowledgment at all. No “hi” no “I’ll be right with you. Nothing. I’m clearly Ojibwe, I’m not saying that was the case. I’m disgusted with no acknowledgement.

I live in Nymore and my packages come so late sometimes that I'm worried my packages are so far back on the list of deliveries that I won't get it until the next day. I don't mind waiting am extra day but it happens alot now. Especially during this pandemic I have to constantly worry about someone stealing my package when it does come. Most of the time I have to watch for it. I dont live in a very safe neighborhood and would appreciate my 400 dollar package to not sit on my porch for everyone to see or steal....... Other than that the drivers are nice. I called the store and received excellent customer service. Knock hard please.

The staff at the UPS store are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Our UPS delivery man is “Johnny on the Spot.” I have nothing but praise for these hardworking folks.
