The people who work here are super kind and more than willing to help out with any customer's needs. While I was in the store today, a woman came in and was curious about this UPS text she got on her phone. The UPS employee was very quick to recognize that the text was a scam and he said that UPS would not text someone like that. This same employee was able to help me in tracking down info on a couple of Amazon returns that I forgot to get a receipt for. I can see why this store has such a great rating. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ok so this is a first for me..I do not write reviews, however I just left and Sam, the owner helped me. I have to say he went above and beyond to explain and help with multiple Amazon returns and his store was and is so busy. I was sick of me..haha..Very patient man and kind. Thank you Sam!

Usually quite busy. Friendly young staff. You can't mail an item to a p.o. box here, but he tried to find an address online for me. At least they tried! They offer SOOOOO many things here. More expensive than the US Postal Service for certain things but also more reliable these days.

Wyatt is fantastic!
I have been helped by him twice now.
Once during Christmas when I brought both of my younger kids Ps5's and he thought it would be funny to wrap them both in the same size boxes but make them look different - (and he did).
My kids both argued over who was getting the bigger gift - not knowing it was the same thing, and it was fun to watch them playfully say who was getting which box.
Wyatt's joke tricked them both and they loved that.
He wrapped them both with care as well when I went into the store.
Also, today - he was a huge help, as I had to have something printed out and notarized, and he made it quick and easy.
He is always smiling. Always friendly and great at customer service.

My brother and I went in there the other day about boxes and shipping. The guy that helped us was great, but I cannot recall his name. (We had a laugh about a hotel key), he should remember. We went back on Sunday the 21st to ship out 10 large boxes from Bemidji to New Jersey and the young guy Wyatt was working. He was beyond kind. He was patient, efficient, helpful and got us out of there in no time at all. I am very impressed with the staff at this location and I thank them for their professionalism. You guys rock!
