I went there with a broken iphone XR that didn’t even work at all and came home with a brand new iphone 15, and a tablet that is being shipped here all less than $150. I love it here.

Make sure you ask a ton of questions when working with the store they will manipulate and lie to you by miss representing the truth if you purchase a screen protector for $50 and they tell you it has a lifetime warranty and they will put it on for free. It does not mean in the store they will honor it upon you paying five dollars do you have sent from a second company that incidentally is not Verizon. Also, if you enjoy your long times in the lobby, go to the store, you have plenty time to wait considering that they are vastly understaffed. Welcome to the future of zero customer service.

Very unpleasant experience with Verizon... I had free replacement insurance or damage to the phone I had my contract fired and continue to pay the same price Forest service when I didn't need to yet they did not honor my insurance, could not find the records of my purchase in which I bought two phones and a tablet with cash plus multiple car chargers 0 guaranteed for life and they did not honor that either they made me pay cash for my replacement phone Ashley did the same thing to my son-in-law with his contract also . Totally fed up with Verizon terrible service and also was told that verbally gave them permission to order a new phone saying they had a recording of it and the recording was of a person that was the same name as my father who is deceased!! The problem with this is they have a written contract saying they themselves will not accept type of verbal consent from a customer it has to be in person!!! They violated their own contract!!

I was treated horribly by their customer service. They resided to help me. The only thing they wanted to do was to try to sell me a new phone. The sales lady was snarky and yelled at me by saying “I GAVE YOU OPTIONS! TAKE IT OUT LEAVE IT!” Mind you she was the only person out of their associates who WASN’T wearing a name tag! Very suspicious, of you ask me. She said that the phone unusable reasons was my fault! I’ve been a customer since 2018. There is no way I should be disrespected. Shame on Verizon. At this point, I’ll be taking my service elsewhere.

I was in Bemidji Verizon store....have been a loyal Verizon customer of this store for more than 20 years. I was working with Kyle, wanted to know if my phone was cracked or the screen protector was cracked. Kyle stated that my phone did not have a screen protector on it, which I thought was strange since I've always had them put one on All my families phones. So I askedIf he would look up when I purchased the phone if I paid for the screen protector... Kyle stated he didn't know what difference that would make. I started that if I had paid for the screen protector that I did not receive, I would like to kniw.. he then stated that it still wouldn't make a difference because I could have removed the screen protector.... he NOT ONLY help me, but accused me of lying!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEARVICE!!!!

Yes. I had already tried everything else to have my forgotten iPhone password reset. Both various internet sites, and Apple customer service people, told me to go to where I bought my phone. Place closes at 7, I was there barely after 6, and the kid behind the counter asked if I had a quick question he could answer. I explained. Not only did he not help me and tried sending me elsewhere (again, I got the run around), he had a rude and condescending tone of voice. As if *his* unwillingness to do his job was something *I* should feel shameful about.

Pretty great. We were able to get a new phone plan fairly quickly. Phil was really helpful and helped explain any concerns we had.

The staff was quick to add us to their queue, which we got through quickly. Our specialist "Haley" had great customer service and was patient as we worked through transferring a phone number from Google Fi to a family members account.
