To Best Buy corporate office - Please, please overhaul your prompts when a customer calls in. The five twin cities locations I called all have different prompts. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A LIVE PERSON! Invest the money in a live human being and make it easy for a good customer experience.
