a bit cranky, impatient. We'll probably check out a different location. Lost our phone numbers in the process. Some of it was because the online service was so terrible. I had been set up online. They didn't have a record of it. They were supposed to send SIM cards. I still have reception issues in my house.”

Jordyn helped me pick out a new phone and he made sure that all my information transferred over. He was SO patient, kind and knowledgeable, it made my purchase/experience so very pleasant.
When I went in a couple days later because my talk to text wasn't activated, I had Anne help me. Anne was very kind, polite and she made sure to get it working for me.
I have been a Cricket customer for a long time. My cell phone service has always been good, the price is right and the customer service is EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a new carrier or a new phone, I would HIGHLY recommend the Blaine location off of HWY 10.
