“Got setup, he did his job. The manager? Worker was a bit cranky, impatient. We'll probably check out a different location. Lost our phone numbers in the process. Some of it was because the online service was so terrible. I had been set up online. They didn't have a record of it. They were supposed to send SIM cards. I still have reception issues in my house.”

“It was time to get a new phone a couple weeks ago. I was dreading it because it always takes me forever to figure everything out. But, boy did I get lucky. Jordyn helped me pick out a new phone and he made sure that all my information transferred over. He was SO patient, kind and knowledgeable, it made my purchase/experience so very pleasant. When I went in a couple days later because my talk to text wasn't activated, I had Anne help me. Anne was very kind, polite and she made sure to get it working for me. I have been a Cricket customer for a long time. My cell phone service has always been good, the price is right and the customer service is EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a new carrier or a new phone, I would HIGHLY recommend the Blaine location off of HWY 10. You won't be disappointed.”

“Everything in my original review still rings true. I also wanted to add two experiences I've had since then:1. The dressing rooms are still closed. I was shopping for a specific event, so I purchased multiples items in multiple sizes to try on at home. Nothing ended up working. I definitely am annoyed about the lack of fitting rooms! However, I had a five star experience when I went to return the items! Returns are inherently a dreaded errand and can feel embarrassing!! But there was no line at the customer service area and the sweet employee who did my returns was very understand and friendly! She understood the struggle of clothes shopping lol. The encounter really made my day.2. I was shopping for a specific hair product. The target app said the product was in stock. When I got to the store, it wasn't on the shelf! Frustrated, I started looking to see if other targets nearby have the item in stock or if I could find a substitute. I was in the aisle a while and eventually an employee came up to me and asked if I needed help! I mentioned what I was looking for and also asked if the app is pretty inaccurate. She said it depends, checked to see when the shipment came in and said it was likely not in stock, but she still went to the back to check for me!! I didn't even ask her to check!Both of these experiences highlight great customer service and awesome employees! And yes, I did mention these in the target surveys lol. I usually don't do them but I hope these women are recognized for going the extra mile.{22}”
