“Gil is super knowledgable and helpful! He helped us get a bike that suited my wife’s needs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a bike or repairs.”
“Always pleasant and helpful. We have bought multiple bikes from them and have used them for service many times. I needed an urgent repair on my MTB. They were overbooked and couldn’t do it before my trip. They gave me lots of advice and had the parts in stock so I could do it myself. Thanks!”
“After years of riding a fun but temperamental old tandem, we decided to build a bike with all the features we wished we had. Twin Cities Tandems has an impressive array of tandem brands and models. After a few test rides, we were able to zero in on exactly what we wanted to build. Steve did a terrific job creating the Co-Motion tandem of our dreams. He also made a number of wise suggestions that helped us build a terrific tandem. Our only regret is we should have done this sooner!”
“Took my bike for a tun up service this morning and already picked up by 3 pm. Jose was super helpful, explained the issues, what was done to solve it and now my bike is smooth and quiet (no rattling 🙌).
Thank you Jose!🙏🫂”
“Outstanding Service!! I made a last minute decision to purchase a bike rack for my crossover hours before a road trip. Got a Thul Apex which holds 4 bikes. Bob not only installed it for me on the spot, he also walked me through the entire how-to process from installing and securing the device to safely mounting our bikes, and provided tips for ensuring an easy, safe, and smooth process so we could hit the road in short order! I showed him pictures of our bikes, and good thing I did because one bike frame has no top bar, so Bob recommended a frame adapter; this made it possible to mount that bike and had I not known, I would have had to leave that bike behind. Thank you very much, Bob! You helped make our last trip of the season a great success!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ERIK’S! I also learned a lot about the quality of bikes; no more Amazon bikes for us 😁!”

“I always get great service at Pioneer Cycle! Friendly, knowledgeable staff that don’t try to talk you into more repairs than you really need. I’ll be back!”
