“Beds aren’t very comfortable, pillows are definitely older and don’t stay up anymore. Was told 21 year olds often come in and make noise. Had a nice front task employee, they did type my address and card number into their computer which I found kinda weird since most just ask to put the card into a reader.”

“We booked around 11pm & initially called Homes2. After comparing rates with dog fee, we decided on Hilton Garden Inn since rates were a little better after talking to the Hilton booking agent via call. Both Homes2 and Hilton Garden are under the Hilton umbrella so I was able to use my membership discount. There is a $75 pet fee in which is for a fee for the entire stay (they do not have a per night policy, which thank god and I hope they don’t implement that ever).
Check in was great. We got here before midnight. Lady was nice and seemed like she was training someone new. She answered all of my questions and overall provided great service. Hotel is also clean. Pool is from 7am-10pm. Unfortunately our room did not come with breakfast but you can buy it for $15/person. I feel like with the rate, it should come with free breakfast. Lastly our room was also spacious for our two dogs and two adults. Would book again because this location has a check out time at NOON which is a huge plus!”
“Rented a room for 1 night for me and my girlfriend. Used the hotel room bathroom around 2AM and somehow plugged the toilet. Went down to the front desk around 2:30AM to ask the night manager for a plunger, as one was not provided in our bathroom, at which point the manager stubbornly got up to look for one. He didn't venture ten feet away from his chair in his attempt to find me a plunger at which point he gave up the search and decided this was too taxing of a guest request, and decided on a more simple solution: to assign us a new room... At 2:30 in the morning. We had 8 bags & suitcases with us in our hotel room, all pretty much unpacked, our things scattered throughout the room, so we had to pack everything up in our room and move to a new room. By the time we were done, it was approximately 3:30AM. So... I'm running on like 3 hours of sleep today because this night manager couldn't muster up enough energy to find us a simple toilet plunger. Not happy at all.”

“The hotel is very very clean even smells fresh in the lobby and rooms. Very comfortable beds and nice big up to date flat screen tv’s with cable. Free fast WiFi. The bathrooms in the rooms are very clean!! The pool and hot and pool area showers are also very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s also a safe and peaceful environment.

“This place hit the target for all my needs during my stay, I was just getting out of the hospital for some heart issues. Loss my primary residence with no one to have my back not much cash to work with and in need of shelter in a bad way, lucky the staff and owners of the Keys Inn work with people that are in need of housing. Weather it is long or short term housing issues the Know Inn has a payment plan that will be able to fit your budget.Stop in and talk with the staff to see if they have a fit for you, if it helps your position you tell them that Benard the Veteran wrote this review and you may be surprised at what doors may Open what do you have to lose? “My window had a draft coming from it. But the heat was good so I didn't feel the draft after turning the heat up. Other than that it was an ok stay. It's usually a solid stay.”
