“We just returned from a 5 day visit to Minnesota to visit family and stayed at the Best West Plus. It was a clean, safe hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant with bar attached, which was really convenient. Plenty of parking. Location is near a wide variety of stores and restaurants. We would certainly consider staying here again.”

“I stay here pretty much every time I go to St Paul. The rooms are clean, the pool is heated, and there's a hot tub. The gym is also pretty great, especially for a hotel.”
“Hotel is clean, spacious and staff are very friendly and helpful. Decent gym facilities but most importantly, the bedroom and bathrooms are so clean and organized. Modern and new. I would have given it a 5 star review for the rooms itself if the heater wasn't so loud. I had to turn the heater to low so it wouldn't rattle so loud. I've stayed here 2x now and will continue to stay here in the future. Close to the highway, easy to get around and across the street is a target and a trader Joe's.”

“IWhen I arrived for my first stay here, Keith at the front desk gave excellent, welcoming customer service. Angie helped me with ordering a meal and delivering it to my room - which was wonderful after a long day.
The next day, I needed a better speakerphone on my room phone. Kevin promptly helped me get a phone with a better speakerphone so I could do a scheduled conference call. Thank you so much, Kevin!
Sarah at the front desk helped quickly in asking Kevin to find a better phone--another friendly and professional and helpful person at Hilton Garden Inn Shoreview.

“Room was good. Clean. Snowplowing next door lot from 3-4am wasn’t fun. People in halls were loud but maybe doors weren’t that insulated. Could hear a lot. Front desk man kept yawning and burping while drinking pop.on check in. Continental breakfast was nice to have. Fitness room really needs help. Dirty and bike seat was broken.

“My husband and I had an excellent stay at The Comfort Inn in Vadnais Heights, as we were on our way back home from a vacation in Florida.The room was 5 out of 5 star clean with super comfortable bed & pillows and easy heat control. My husband & I both agreed that we have never had such a great sleep.The shower was perfect with easy control shower temp & comfotable shower head spray.The continental breakfast was very good with a variety of items and three hot entrees of waffles, scrambled eggs and American fries with sausage & diced peppers.Great customer service also!Highly recommend!!!”

“This place hit the target for all my needs during my stay, I was just getting out of the hospital for some heart issues. Loss my primary residence with no one to have my back not much cash to work with and in need of shelter in a bad way, lucky the staff and owners of the Keys Inn work with people that are in need of housing. Weather it is long or short term housing issues the Know Inn has a payment plan that will be able to fit your budget.Stop in and talk with the staff to see if they have a fit for you, if it helps your position you tell them that Benard the Veteran wrote this review and you may be surprised at what doors may Open what do you have to lose? “Sydney was amazing with checking me in for my daughter's bday party we had to change to last minute so decided to book here, she was so wonderful and friendly. The rooms are amazing as well.
