“We booked around 11pm & initially called Homes2. After comparing rates with dog fee, we decided on Hilton Garden Inn since rates were a little better after talking to the Hilton booking agent via call. Both Homes2 and Hilton Garden are under the Hilton umbrella so I was able to use my membership discount. There is a $75 pet fee in which is for a fee for the entire stay (they do not have a per night policy, which thank god and I hope they don’t implement that ever).
Check in was great. We got here before midnight. Lady was nice and seemed like she was training someone new. She answered all of my questions and overall provided great service. Hotel is also clean. Pool is from 7am-10pm. Unfortunately our room did not come with breakfast but you can buy it for $15/person. I feel like with the rate, it should come with free breakfast. Lastly our room was also spacious for our two dogs and two adults. Would book again because this location has a check out time at NOON which is a huge plus!”
“I've stayed here multiple times. Tina are always clean. It's generally pretty quiet. They offer a few rooms with jucuzzi's in them. Nice pool and hot tub. Decent free breakfast.”

“Stayed at the Wingate on a Saturday evening. John, the front desk clerk was great. Helped address a few issues when checking in and was very professional in his duties. Overall condition of the rooms was OK. However, there were rips in the lampshade by the bed, three holes in the outer blanket and the hinges in the bathroom door were all rusting. In addition, the pool windows in room 208 were very dirty which obscured the view. Definitely needed cleaning. The breakfast was very good with many options available on both hot and cold side. Pool was clean and functional and fitness center had a wide variety of exercise options available from free weights to universal gym to cycling. Very convenient location to many restaurants within walking distance. If they could improve on the room cleaning this would be very beneficial to Wyndam.”

Nothing but a bed and shower, I had to go all the way down to first floor to use the microwave. All and all if you just need a room for the night, by far the best price. Thank you again Namdy!”

no incidents or worrys in fact i have not saw a tow truck or personaly no complaints location great close by ihop is step out door from the bar to bunny hop back to the room is close proximity !!!! i would recommend this hotel for all what i had happen at the last one this one is well worth every penny not having my truck stolen and sold back to me for high ransom like at livinn on central my i DO NOT ADVISE staying at that place livinn by ..menards .”

“Most staff were pleasant and helpful. We needed to stay longer so on Monday night I went down to the desk and asked if we could extend our stay a couple of days. The clerk tried but said we would have to do it with the app we used to make our reservation. I asked if he could do it, but he said the system said our room was showing unavailable. We knew the hotel was at least half empty and I said so. He took offense at my comment. I was shocked, but he made no attempt to find us anything for the next two days. He didn’t even offer to look. When we checked out I mentioned this and was told the hotel WAS half empty and there was plenty of space for us. But, we had already booked another hotel. We are happy we moved and find the new hotel preferable. Even though the room was nice and clean and we enjoyed the facilities we won’t be back. Who needs to be treated as if their stay is a bother?”
