First timer and I am NOT at all happy with my check out service! The older lady who rung my daughter and I up was rude! She asked for a phone and I said no. Then asked if I want to sign up, again, no and that was our first time there. After that she asked if we know what it (phone number) does. I stated yes. While she rung up our thing, she asked if we want to give the points to somebody else. I stated, No. The look my daughter saw from her was rude and unwelcoming. First and last time there.

There was a group of employees just seemingly hanging out. I was getting annoyed because I had a question and they didn’t acknowledge me.I got the attention of an employee that seemed to be helping everyone. Her name is Natalie. Natalie was soooo helpful. She seemed to be the only one helping customers and she went above and beyond!!!!!! Running around the store to help people. Thanks Natalie!!

I came in here today to get some makeup. I needed help with matching a shade for my skin as I’m getting married this weekend. I cannot tell you how incredibly impressed I was with Natalie. She went above and beyond to help me with all the make up that I was looking for. Assisted me with foundation, concealer, eyelashes and lipstick. I told her that I love my Mac lipwear but it wasn’t staying on so she recommended and helped me find a color that was similar but would stay on without smearing. She did not disappoint… 3.5 hours later and this lipstick is still not smeared and I’ve ate. Such a kind soul! I told her I will be disappointed if I do not get that kind of service if I go in any other ulta because of how outstanding she was!

This Ulta location had friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable salespeople. The product inventory was not lacking and I found exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate helped me find the perfect sponge and made a recommendation based on my needs and informed me I can bring it back if I don’t love it.

I broke up with my VERY long term stylist because she was so hard to schedule with. I’ve been seeing stylist Kristopher for about a year with absolutely NO REGRETS! He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I always leave his chair looking and feeling like a million bucks.I highly recommend Kristopher P. for hair color and cut.

I went in today with a $10 off qualifying purchase coupon which I wanted to use on a store to door order because I’ve been able to do that in the past. The manager, Stacy, was called and she said I couldn’t use it for a store to door but can use it in store. I was fine with that. When I got to the register for my in-store purchase, I presented the coupon and Stacy said “I think your total needs to be $40 to use this coupon”. My total was $11.29. I told her that the email did not specify that. She then proceeded to pick up my phone without my permission and scroll through the email. I have no problem with her looking at the email but would have appreciated her asking me if she could pick up my phone to look through it. I didn’t say anything and then she proceeded to scroll through the email for 5 mins to try to find anywhere that said that the purchase total had to be $40. All she had to do was try to scan the barcode that I presented and we would have known if it worked or not but she decided to spend so much time to try her best to not scan it. Then the other cashier said that Stacy should just scan it to see. Stacy scanned it after contemplating this for an extra minute and low and behold, the coupon WORKED! Like I said it would. She then goes “oh well” and walks away. The other cashier also felt that this was rude and she kept apologizing which I said it was fine. But this always happens. Every time I need help with something, Stacy is the manager in store and always makes things harder than they should be and doesn’t want to figure things out. I won’t be going to this location again. It always gets embarrassing and I wonder if Stacy does this just because I’m a hijabi.

Highly advise not going to this locations, especially for a blended highlights. It took over 6 hours for my daughter, and now we have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. It definitely is not a blend, it looks like months of growth and needs to be done again. It’s not even close to what she was asking for, even showing the stylist photos. Very thick, chunky highlights and brassy. I did call and speak to the manager who did nothing to help, saying only she could come back and they can TRY to fix it. (Apparently they do not offer refunds or credit either). But unfortunately at this point, after the terrible experience we are not comfortable returning. It would have been helpful if someone would had offer to help when she was sitting there for 6 hours yesterday, more than the 30 seconds that the manager spared yesterday! Awful experience!

Emma and Stacy have exceeded my expectations! I have struggled to find a great hair person and Emma killed it! The manager was able to work through a scheduling hiccup and I was very impressed! Thank you ladies!!!! I hope your company treats you both well!

I had to cancel a hair appointment an hour beforehand. I understand that’s time you could have booked someone else, but the person I spoke with didn’t have to be so rude when I called to cancel. I’ll make sure to let everyone know how rude your staff is. Thanks!

No longer impressed! I brought my daughter and her friend here to shop. At the registers while paying her friend was asked for her phone number, the friend complied and provided the phone number. However, her phone number was not in the system. I told the representative that she wanted to just pay without a phone number and I walked away to help my daughter. After a min the cashier was asking my daughter's friend for her email address. This is a child that you are forcing to provide contact information from. When a person says No when you ask for a phone number, that customer should not be forced to provide anything much less a child under 18. I will never return. Goodbye Ulta, Hello Sephora!

Called and had my hair done by Emma. She was amazing. I have curly hair and she explained everything to me and is very knowledgeable on curly hair. So glad I went there to get my cut.!
