I have fallen in love with Aldo again!
After several negative experiences in Aldo, I decided not to return. Then I got the fall catalog. The shoes were fun and there were several pairs that I wanted to try. I decided to go in and “just see” how it went.
Arlene was AMAZING! She is kind, patient, and makes people feel like they are special.
I have now returned twice more and have been grateful that Arlene has been there each time. P

I was very disappointed with this location they didn't have any sizes I wanted. The salesperson I had continued to tell me she could mail it to me. I responded, telling her I have to try shoes on and I can't buy the shoes that way? She seemed to get an attitude cause she couldn't get a sell. Always remember that everyone has a choice on how they spend their money.

Overpriced for no reason ? and the staff always gives you look like you are broke and you can't purchase anything from here ?? I've never seen a single offer in their store, you can get better Aldo bags in marshalls for less price.

A bit unprofessional. I wanted to buy last pair of shoes, but one shoe was size of 12, other 13. Obviously I didn't buy it, but I assume someone did.

Shoe styles are very cute, however, very overpriced and unfortunately extremely bad customer service. The employees are very lazy and are not friendly at all.I was in the midst of purchasing a pair of heels and was looking at other shoes. I noticed that the employee grabbed the display shoe and started to wipe it down and put it in the shoe box. Confused, I had asked her if I am purchasing the actual shoe that was on display and she responded yes. I continued to ask if I could get a new pair and not the display due to the condition of the shoe display. The employee mentioned they got a shipment in but that I couldn’t get a new pair. I told the employee that I will pass on the shoes and left the store.The employee not asking if it was okay or telling me before hand that I was getting the shoe that was used for display was very shady and unprofessional.Definitely not pleased with my experience and would NOT recommend the ALDO in Mall of America.
