I recently visited the Apple Store in [location, e.g., Mall of America, Minneapolis] to purchase a new phone. During checkout, I noticed the total price was higher than what I saw in the Apple app due to local taxes. I mentioned that I might order online instead since Wisconsin has a lower tax rate.
The staff member assisting me, Suad, responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, repeatedly saying “I don’t care” and mentioning that she doesn’t get commissions from phone sales. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so the store management is aware and can ensure better customer interactions in the future.

I stopped by the store a couple of times trying to buy a phone, but they kept saying they didn’t have it in stock. It’s really frustrating — how can you expect customers to spend $1,700 on a phone you don’t even have available? They told me I’d have to wait around 20 days for just one phone, which is ridiculous. On top of that, the new iPhone 17 Pro Max is honestly disappointing — it gets scratches easily, right in the same spot. Overall, not a good experience.

We just wanted to give a shout-out to this beautiful and fabulous store employee. She helped my daughter Carrie purchase headphones for her 18th birthday. But, beyond that, she gave Carrie meaningful life advice as she becomes an adult. Such a kind moment. Give this gal a raise! We love the Apple Store-MOA even more now.
