I've been banking with the current manager for nearly 20 years. The service is solid, improving year by year. I'm glad I followed her to this location as Carolyn has really turned this bank around. The current staff is long-term, so most (if not all) of the previous issues have been rectified!!!

I have been banking here for nearly 40 years. I have always had great service. Rachel is great! She is professional and helps me to get what I need. The only issue is the continuance of increasing charges.

This branch has stepped up lately and the staff has been doing well there. Can't say the same about Eden Prairie.
