Worst business bank account I could have chosen for our startup. Zero flexibility on fees as we struggle to get our business set up/running. Really regret not going with a more esablished bank like Wells Fargo Choice Business Checking or U.S. Bank's similar account - friends have said great things about these others.

Horrible customer service. Customer told multiple times “unfortunately there’s nothing we can do to help you”. When incident was reported to 2 supervisors, that indeed, there was help, customer was shamed and laughed at. Needless to say, all accounts will be closed ASAP.
