The person that was on the sales floor was helpful, patient, & nice. My rating would’ve been 5 stars but the person that checked us out was rude. I like to clarify the first 2 letters to my email, because people may get the letters mixed up & the cashier rudely said “I know my alphabet”. Interaction was rushed & could have been differently.

So fantastically happy they had the new Sanrio Halloween bears! My helper Ashley was super nice and we had a wonderful conversation! My next trip Maddy helped me stuff the new Halloween Stitch! I also met a Kayla who is fantastic and sorta my doppelgänger :) I come here a ton of times and each experience is amazing!

What an awesome experience for my ten year old. He's still in his cute stuffed animal phase and this feels like a quality purchase. He got to pick and fill his own bear. Name it, pick out clothes for it. Only 100$, which seemed reasonable for the experience.

Quite idiotic that you can buy something for pickup at this location on the website but then they can cancel your order a few hours later saying they don't actually have it in stock for pickup. Please get your inventory in order or fix the website, it's a waste of everyone's time and can ruin a child's day.

Had a great experience with the gentleman helping to pick out our bears and the person stuffing the animals! Overall the people on the floor were amazing and overly helpful :) The lady checking us out afterward (Mia on the name tag) was honestly horrendous- short answers, very rude, had an attitude when answering basic questions, abrupt as well. Had I been at hot topic I wouldn’t have thought about it- retail can be a difficult job and being customer facing can be exhausting. After the amazing staff on the floor and considering this is build a bear, I was caught off guard and honestly a little disappointed with checking out. Besides her, I had a great experience.

We didn’t have a good experience here for my baby’s 2nd birthday. The employee ripped the stuffed animal from her hand and swiped her hands away when she tried to grab the stuffed animal back. She just didn’t understand it needed to be stuffed first. The rosedale one is a lot better and staff have more patience

“I placed an order totaling $322 with Boo Bear Factory, but many of the items were missing, and the few that were delivered were completely fake and nothing like what was advertised. I contacted their team multiple times with photo and video proof, but received no response at all. Their lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. This feels like a scam, and I strongly warn others to avoid this company.”

As long as you're aware before you go in that it will be a pricey trip, it's well worth it. My partner and I went for our birthday adventure so he could build a new friend. Every single member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process from beginning to end was painless (for us, probably not the bear) and it was an enjoyable experience.

After seeing the build-a-bear episode of undercover boss, this place was in our minds. We went to the mall and ran in to a father and his amazing son. The boy was exceptionally awesome , like our little girl. They were telling us how the sound makers can be replaced at build a bear.
We stopped in to see what there was to be made, and the father and son (regulars were there) and the staff was so engaged having so much fun with the young man.
We also received the same positive love and energy from the staff there, and the boy showed us how things were done. Future employee for sure.
The staff at the location and experience was nothing short of magical for us at that moment. A week night, with less crowds, so there wasn't a sensory overload. What an experience. Thank you to the father, son, and staff who made this a memory we will never forget.

They had a great selection of bears and clothing. The lady who helped us build our bears was incredible and seriously enjoyed what she did. Our girls' felt very included and had an enjoyable experience.
